Sure it's nice that the government offers financial assistance to low income college students but does it really make up for America's history of slavery?

Considering the quality of life for Africans versus African-Americans, shouldn't they be thankful for our history of slavery? Really, we should ask them for reparations, maybe a week or two of volunteering during Black History Month.
