There were no anarchists in the Greek civil war, I think you might be confusing it with something else. The 2 major factions were the Greek People's Liberation Army (aka the armed wing of the Stalinist Greek communist party) and various small armed right wing groups, the largest of which was EDES (grandfather was part of it) and which were absorbed by the official state when the Germans left in 1944.
Plus, I am mostly trolling them. Don't take much of it seriously.

Well the anarchists weren't their own faction in the war, but there were a lot of anarchists in Greece in the first half of the century right? They were apparently briefly allied with Greek commies but quickly had a falling out and the GPLA started trying to purge them. So since anarchists kept getting their idealogues murdalized and were declared "class enemies" by the stalinists they ended up falling on the anti-commie side by default

Not to my knowledge at least and I am a) Greek who b) is a history nerd and c) has had many discussions with people who experienced the civil war first hand (from both sides). If anarchists existed at all as an organized group, they were so fringe that they might as well not have existed. This was a war that involved hundreds of thousands of dead, if 10 of them were anarchists, well, nobody would have noticed and they would have been shot along with the other commies. People weren't exactly asking what the person who they were about to shoot thought about hierarchy within a socialist system before shooting them. And vice versa, commies didn't ask if someone was a conservative, a liberal a monarchist or a republican before shooting them.
