Do these people not realize how significant of an impact the Spanish had on Mexican and Latin American cuisine? If it has rice, pork, beef, lamb, goat, chicken, dairy, wheat, sugar, onions, garlic, oregano, cilantro, or cinnamon then you have the Spanish to thank.
