Doesn't anyone find it a little creepy that this (at the time) boy falls in love with a much older married teacher and has to be forceably separated from her at her request and his parents desire? Then a few years later as a young privileged wonderkind, used to being a star and getting whatever he wants in life, this same young man returns to tell the said older married woman that he is going to continue to pursue her until she divorces her husband and becomes his wife. Does no one find that just a little creepy? A little stalker?
