Well... ugh I don't pay taxes I'm underage, but the increased taxes aren't just from health care, since we have like at least 150 different forms of social security handouts.
Health care in Finland has problems, I mostly use private health care services, since the public ones have long waiting lines.
You're underage, so where do you get the money to avoid the queues?
My parents pay my health care costs and some of them can be considered pre-existing conditions etc. so they go through insurance I think.
Elsewhere he asks a poor person, "Have you considered getting out of poverty?"
