Can someone give me a rundown of what he did

He's legit unstable, like "I'm off my messages IRL but haven't killed anyone yet, I'm genuinely surprised" unstable. He's taken a particular dislike to one mod, who didn't even bam him, and assumes that the only person banning him from this sub/reddit is that one mod. So of course he took steps to try to doxx and harass her. He's also the kid who makes not-quite-jokes about drowning dogs. Generally unpleasant.
