Am I the only one not getting what the Fuss is about? I mean did he do this in USA? If it was in Germany or here where I am from 15 is Legal. If you look around the world for what their Age of Consent is the weirdos are the ones having 18+ as the age of consent. Plenty of countries within the 14 - 16 range so follow the laws of the country you are in and not the country you are from please. Just did a quick search for the age of consent in the states and apparently 16 is the age most states use so how it is hard to imagine that Germany has 14 as theirs is beyond me. Maybe it is easier for someone coming from a country where it is 15 than for someone from one where it is 16 I don't know.

Heres the thing, in my state, age of consent is 16. But its a four year age gap. You cant be messing with someone over four years older than you if youre 16 and 17. But this is a completely different matter. This has to do with PICTURES, not sex. If hes getting exposed pictures from someone who is under 18, that is child pornography. If hes responding to these with sexual images, that is distribution of a sexual image to a MINOR.

I had a friend that was recorded giving a blowjob ,her boyfriend was 19 and she was 16, when they broked up he leaked it, she tried to call the courts against him but got nothing because she was not drunk, and she even acknowledges the fact that she is being recorded in the video and does nothing.
