No one cares. Grow up and quit watching cartoons. Kill yourself

Your comment's preconcieved notion about the video is exactly what the video is trying to dispell.

How ironic

As for a reply to your comment, You can never know that nobody will care about my post as you probably havent met everybody in the world.

You can't force me to quit watching anime or force me to do anything because you cant control my body and mind.

As such I have no reason to follow your instruction to killmyself because as I just said, you cannot conrol me.

If you dont like this post, or if you actually dont cae about it, why bother even replying to it woith such a redundant reply?

Now I'm streching it here, but I think I know what kind of person you are by your reply. Maybe, because of your precocieved notion of anime/cartoons, you percieved me as a person who is worse than you. And as such, you replied in order to show that to me and gain some catharsis from it. Basically, you have such a weak ego that you have to reinforce it in order for you to not break down and become depressed.

This kind of ego reinforcement is most common on adolescents. And based on the wording of your reply, you might actually be the one who needs to grow up.

Judgemental prick.

They targeted gamers.

Gamers.

We're a group of people who will sit for hours, days, even weeks on end performing some of the hardest, most mentally demanding tasks. Over, and over, and over all for nothing more than a little digital token saying we did.

We'll punish our selfs doing things others would consider torture, because we think it's fun.

We'll spend most if not all of our free time min maxing the stats of a fictional character all to draw out a single extra point of damage per second.

Many of us have made careers out of doing just these things: slogging through the grind, all day, the same quests over and over, hundreds of times to the point where we know evety little detail such that some have attained such gamer nirvana that they can literally play these games blindfolded.

Do these people have any idea how many controllers have been smashed, systems over heated, disks and carts destroyed 8n frustration? All to latter be referred to as bragging rights?

These people honestly think this is a battle they can win? They take our media? We're already building a new one without them. They take our devs? Gamers aren't shy about throwing their money else where, or even making the games our selves. They think calling us racist, mysoginistic, rape apologists is going to change us? We've been called worse things by prepubescent 10 year olds with a shitty head set. They picked a fight against a group that's already grown desensitized to their strategies and methods. Who enjoy the battle of attrition they've threatened us with. Who take it as a challange when they tell us we no longer matter. Our obsession with proving we can after being told we can't is so deeply ingrained from years of dealing with big brothers/sisters and friends laughing at how pathetic we used to be that proving you people wrong has become a very real need; a honed reflex.

Gamers are competative, hard core, by nature. We love a challange. The worst thing you did in all of this was to challange us. You're not special, you're not original, you're not the first; this is just another boss fight.

Lol, i never even slightly mentioned gamers in my post. I would never say these things to gamers because I am gamer too. I understand and empathize what your talking about.

Nobody outside of the anime fandom really understands what it is. Many people just consider it to be some chinese cartoons for kids. Just as many people misunderstand what gaming is. But its not of course. Just because its animated doesnt mean its for kids only. Just as gaming isnt only meant for kids. It can be for adults as well. Anime can be art just as gaming can be art too.

What my post was about was New york times attacking a medium they dont understand, just as they attacked gaming even though they didnt understand it. And so really the reason why I linked this video is so that we, otaku, can defeat these villains just as you gamers defeat those bosses.

I just found out that it has already been resolved though so i deleted the post. I'm Sorry for attacking you.

The live-action Ghost In The Shell movie was better than the cartoon.

Opinion

I was just trying to get a rise out of you with that one ;)

People hate the live action version because it changed the nature and the message of transhumanism of the original. But i dont think anybody would really hate a person for liking the live action version more than the original or atleast not to the extreme that console fanboys reach whenever they hate on other console fanboys from the other consoles.
