It's satire the same way r/drama is satire. At first all users are in on the joke, but as more and more people come and the satire starts to become less obvious it kinda becomes what it was meant to mock. Some people get unironically upset by an issue that is "not meant to be joked about" and freak out out.
I've gotten several angry PMs from there when I thought they were in on the joke.
Yeah, most of the posts seem like obvious baits, but there are like 50+ of them, plus an entire subreddit for his separatist movement. He's either one of the most dedicated trolls I've seen or partly serious. Either way it's good drama and you can see some of the users trying to contain their रेएएएएएएएए.
