I double my business every year and can choose to profit whenever I wish but intend on at least ten more years of growth. Very successful for a small business, most small businesses fail within 3 years and I've had mine over 7

So to sum up I sell about $250 thousand worth of hand made products direct to the public every year.

And FYI, never in my life have I received government assistance of any kind, my business has no debt at all, I have no investors and my personal debt consists of $1300 in credit card debt.

I urge you to utilize the analytical skills that you obviously possess and research a few concepts that I have mentioned, namely, Self Full-filling prophecies, and setting yourself up for failure- by improper implementation of strategy or complete lack there of. Or completely disregard sound advice and continue the madness that you shackle yourself to, your choice. I agree with you in that the position you have described would not require or necessitate a resume/CV, however I remember when applying for similar positions I would always be expected or required to fill out and submit an application that generally inquires about the pertinent employment factors previously mentioned. I understand it is a time consuming process and you already where many hats and probably do not have the time to be doing what you are on reddit presently, but who am I to judge.
