It seems like the general opinion is that, no, this person wouldn't be able to go in if they were pre op because it is a full nude, female only spa. This spa also serves minors. The idea is that women don't want to see a penis at a spa where nudity is expected of the same sex. The protection of minors from male genitalia would also be of concern.
