That's a pretty weird statement anyway. Of course people want to do it if they prefer it over the alternative of having a kid.
I think the majority of pro-life folks (beyond not liking the fetus murder) think that abortion is symptomatic of a degenerate culture that represents irresponsibility.
I'm a dickhole centrist (i.e. I haven't fully made up my mind on the subject) but I feel I can at least understand both sides.
I think my most amusing observation is watching the same people who think that honey consumption is unethical because it's bee-vomit simultaneously being unable to comprehend why anyone would be against abortion.
It's amazing how an argument devolves because nobody can write a coherent response.
Someone walks in to the meat section of a grocery store and feel like they're walking in to a house of horrors filled with body parts? Yeah, grow the fuck up because if something as mundane as a meat cooler has that kind of affect on you you are not going to get anywhere in life. But no, nobody even attempts to use that line of reasoning it's some stupid fucking argument about literally nothing that goes around and around in circles with both sides getting nowhere with the other because nobody can understand the other's side because nobody is actually making an argument, they're just insulting each other and using terrible analogies.
To be fair, there's not much sense in giving a rational argument to someone who considers you a monster for eating meat. We're omnivores, and animals eating other animals is a fact of life.
There's not much else to say besides "If you don't want to/can't eat meat, fine. Don't force your beliefs on me."
To be fair, there's not much sense in giving a rational argument to someone who considers you a monster for eating meat. We're omnivores, and animals eating other animals is a fact of life.
Using appeal to nature opens up a can of worms though. It means I should be able beat other people up for their belongings and rape women when I want some offspring.
Your argument against these two points would be that we can think and we made laws against actions that we deem bad.
But those laws have been a continious effort of what is ethically right and wrong. So animal exploitation can eventually join what the majority considers bad behaviour.
There's not much else to say besides "If you don't want to/can't eat meat, fine. Don't force your beliefs on me and I won't do the same to you." I'm saying this as someone with multiple serious nut allergies and meat is how I get my protein, though.
I don't bring up veganism in random topics, but you should be able to understand why something they see as an unnecessary evil being done worldwide gets a vegan's panties in a twist. This is not something random like being born with a nut allergy and having to deal with it. Veganism an entire ideology build on a ethical framework.
As for your allergy, are you not able to have any legumes, nuts, grains or seeds at all?
If you browse the defaults or toomanyx for a bit you'll get the impression that every dude is a rapist, condones rape and all men think about is rape 24/7.
The reasoning for transexuals i don't understand is this:
Every person is born to one of two sexes: male or female (barring extremely, extremely rare chromosomal disorders). If your only cognitive experience in years of living is of being one of these sexes then how can anyone objectively know what it is like to be the other sex? It's the same thing as saying you know exactly what it's like to be a bat using echolocation, or a goldfish, that can see into the UV spectrum (to give some extreme examples). My point being that you cannot objectively know what it is like to be the opposite gender.
The only counter argument i've seen to this is:
"But there's actually no differences in the minds of men and women, and the differences we see are actually the result of environmental gender conditioning!"
If this is the case then why does it matter what sex your body is if you can condition your mind back to the appropriate one as opposed to poppin' yo dick inside out or carving yourself a nu nu front bussy?
Trannies man, maybe someday we'll get the definitive science on it...
All the "gay sex" comments. Do people not understand that not being attracted to something doesn't mean you have to be grossed out by it? I'm gay and vaginas don't make me throw up.

I don't know. It's not for me to guess someone's sexuality.
