The only corrective surgery I had left was elective Rhinoplasty that I decided not to have as it's no worse then Football Nose and the only negative is I can put my fingers inside my the my nose and "click it" ( Cleft has been a acceptable challenge since 1931)
I'm one of the case studies of Craniofacial Surgery ( Cleft Lip/ Palate are the "least worse" of these problems children can have ) because of how well what they tried was from Children's Seattle Hospital that was pioneering at the time I was born ( Early 90s) and still is.
The silver lining of it has been exposing me to that level of pain from an early age has rendered me with a freakish pain tolerance ala Kickass and I'm the strongest Groundfighter with a neutered Rough and Tumble Style focusing on choking and jointlocks as I can't be put down.
