This is a nice post and all, but I'm guessing that the only reason anyone is even arguing about this because these people believe 3D is superior to 2D.
It's somewhat misleading to say that Hitler and his fellow Nazis had no misgivings toward Muslims. Hitler saw them as useful, because the Arab world was also hostile toward Jews and hated Great Britain and France.
He pretty much just exploited their disdain for Western colonialism and Jews, but he definitely considered them to be lesser people.
He considered them lesser people racially to be sure, there's no doubt there. He somewhat admired Islam as a religion though. Speer has quoted him as saying;
"You see, it's been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why didn't we have the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice for the fatherland as the highest good? The Mohammedan religion too would have been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity with its meekness and flabbiness"
