In a normal situation - if it were some sleazy old woman at a bus stop or wherever - you'd probably either walk away or tell her to eff off. In any case, there's no power imbalance so even if you were a gentleman you could do so.
That's what makes it nasty: the power imbalance. Unfortunately that kind of abuse of power happens more often than it should, and both men and women in the workplace are victims of it, and that I do find horrible.

Yes.
