Are lolcows and kiwifarms credible?

What do you think? Are lolcows/kiwifarms credible sources of information? Or are they like the MSM and Donald Trump/ any big name youtuber where they grasp at straws and try to spin anything they can to fit their narrative. Are they reliable and factual, or are they Alex Jones level conspiracy theorists trying to ruin the lives/reputation of anyone they can.

Reddit admins won't let people link to Kiwi Farms because it's considered a doxxing site.
The site's reliability is a mixed bag. Some stuff is sourced well but a lot of the discussions are dominated by people who dislike the "lolcows," which leads to bias, sometimes.

They're about as good a source of information as /r/drama.
Which is to say, not good at all, but worrying about the accuracy is missing the point entirely.
