Wtf I like Guardian now! -/r/opiates edition: In which Guardian does a "news article" on /r/opiates with an exclusive interview with verified /r/drama hater and "I just quit heroin and I'll never touch it again" /r/opiates mod /u/spinderella69

Guardian article: How a Reddit forum has become a lifeline to opioid addicts in the US. With more than 37,000 subscribers, r/opiates creates a space for substance users to signal-boost fentanyl warnings and get support for overdoses and detoxing

Actual "source" which says this piece is a "collaboration with guardian" but guardian barely even mentions this site, let alone acknowledge this shit as a "collaboration".

Junkies in /r/opiates rejoice at the only positive MSM attention they've ever received. /r/drugs tries to be positive about this article while trying to keep the junkies away to avoid being associated with degenerates.
