So an ex fuck buddy of mine that I met through mutual friends resurfaced and 'friends' of mine tried to stir shit up.

Back when we were fooling around he told me shit like how he doesn't want to fuck with the squad that I met him through anymore, I truthfully wasn't that close with most (all but one (who didn't like him anyway)) of them anyway so it didn't really bother me. He ghosted and I took it as part of the whole dropping that squad.

Cut to over a year later, he gets invited to and goes to one of them bitches bbqs. Now mind you I'm not close with them so I didn't know if they were still talking with each other. I get invited too through that one friend that I was close with, but because of some other silly shit that went down in a similar setting a little bit ago (they tried to invoice me for groceries for a bbq over a week later etc...), I didn't go.

My friend goes and tells me all. One part that stood out was how they were asking where tf I was.

They knew about what we did and then what went down. I told them what he had been saying too. They knew I had salty feelings about him. Yea safe to say I ain't referring to them as friends no mo.
