do people really care that much if transgendered people can or can't serve in the military? where is all this transgender hullabaloo coming from lately?
don't try to serious post this horseshit with me fucko. Plus, go look in the threads, the 15k figure has been debunked and no soldiers are getting fucked over if you actually read. Keep your serious post up your asshole especially when it's wrong. goddamn hullabaloo in my inbox too, fucks sake
Mentally deranged transvestites makes most people's skin crawl. How do you suppose a highly trained killing machine is to focus if he's wondering if the weird fuck behind him has his six? Not to mention if the sicko looked like a chick enough to trap someone, there's going to be Gomer Pile scenarios playing out.
No it doesn't matter. The tangerine fuccboi is probably tweeting this to pacify the social conservative bloc after he shat all over Sessions. The screeching from the left is just a negligible consequence.
The military can reject you for all kinds of health issues, such as diabetes, fattery, being real fucking old or having an overwhelming need to chop your own genitals off.
I got denied into ROTC for having flat feet. If open transgendered can serve that require far more medical attention and treatment than I do with my flat feet I'll be fuckin rattled. Most ridiculous bullshit ever
it's actually a wedge issue to stir up the Democrats' base.
the DNC is trying to move away from SJW issues for the next election. Their new slogans are all about jobs and stuff that workers care about, who voted for Obama and then for Trump.
Donnie will attempt to increase the crying about feminine penises and sharing toilets with little girls all the way to the mid-term elections.
Because he knows the Democrats cannot win if they keep alienating regular Americans with that weird liberal arts college bullshit.

I agree. Trans shenanigans are all over the place despite them being such a small minority. Can't say I enjoy these shenanigans, honestly. They're making a fuss over literally nothing.
They still do reject flat footers. I got rejected from rotc for it, since I've been using specialized inserts in my shoes. It's basically up to your doctor whether you can join or not.
Not to be "that guy" but a lot of people seem to forget that there are a plethora of disqualifying factors that we face when entering the military and/or applying for benefits. Any sort of mental illness, physical illness, etc. can cause you to be disqualified from entering the military or getting benefits. Most military members have lied to get in to begin with. When it comes to who gets let in there's a lot to take into consideration. This issue shouldn't just be about how awful Trump and his peers are. It should be about what parts of our military and the VA need a major overhaul and how that'll happen. People are seeing this as just another issue to take sides on and fling shit at each other over instead of addressing the actual problems that need to be solved. Instead of asking "Are trans service members effective? Can they work and fight like normal war fighters do? Can they really handle what less than one percent of our popular can? What can we do to make it so that they can? How will letting them enlist effect the already enlisted?" people are simply shitting their pants and REEEEEEEing like some edgelord in r/conspiracy discovering that instead of viewing him as just plain crazy we also view him as utterly fucking retarded.

Transgender isn't a mental health problem, /u/Musaylimah

As long as they keep themselves safe after deployment, it shouldn't be an issue.
1 BelieveInCardigans 2017-07-27
There are massive issues involved in allowing mentally ill, high suicide rate people into the military.
How about you give a reason why they should be put into the military that doesn't conflict with existing requirements and isn't a detriment.

Would save the VA a ton of money, and it would clear a lot of their paperwork backlog.

Absolutely no reason to allow mentally ill people into the military. Especially if they have a high suicide rate.
Detrimental to morale for both the transgendered and the existing soldiers.
Serious conflicting issues revolving around whether they should be housed in female or male areas.
Used as excuse to get out of combat.
Costs 2-3 million a year to cater to their deranged medical wants.
It's so strange that no-one seems to give an actual reason why transgenders SHOULD be allowed in the military.

right or wrong seems like a whole lot of hullabaloo tbh. seems more pressing concerns than this hullabaloo
1 BelieveInCardigans 2017-07-27
The only people making a "hullabaloo" over this are SJW's. And their arguments have been shut down by basic facts and logic.

Remember when the military used to be able to reject people for flat feet?
Also, remember when the President would talk to his military leaders before making decisions that affected the military?
