I gotta agree, its pretty fucking annoying to be treated as some special priority. At least the bioteh field is mostly women so its not that bad, but any female engineer or coder is basically just either 1) diversity quota/eye candy 2)she belongs there but all her coworkers have resentment towards her and accuse her of getting in easily behind her back.
/u/Graymooser did you go to college? Like did a STEM degree from start to finish? Because I did and did not see one woman getting pushed out. They all graduated.
