Because secretly we admit to ourselves "yeah, they're right, but I don't want to admit it".
Their point: (1) that women will shut off their brains when faced with a man they find physically attractive; (2) most men are not physically attractive to women, and (3) women believe that 90% of men (the non-Chads) won't sexually satisfy women.
Here's what incels don't consider about all three points.

I have a severe autoimmune joint disorder called psoriatic arthritis. Pretty much every joint in my body is really badly damaged and I have limited range of motion in my hips and knees, and constant full-body pain, alongside fatigue and autoimmune-initiated dysautonomia (basically every autonomic function in my body doesn't work like it should, I.e. I can't regulate heat and would just sweat to death if not for AC) I use a wheelchair to get around because I can only walk for about 200 feet (currently) before my back muscles go into spasm. I'm walking more and more every day though, thank heaven for physical therapy!
