/r/DeFranco banned me for criticizing Phil. I believe it flies in the face of Philip DeFranco's free speech absolutism and his focus on a "conversation", and I feel it needs to be discussed. Phil and his mods need to be held accountable.

Go through that thread as well as my comment history to understand what's going on. There's screenshots of proof, the sub has no rules... They literally just got mods and within a few hours of the mods being added I was stealth-banned. Phil has actually deleted a thread criticizing him before, and he's just showing a disregard and contempt for dissenters lately. My comments are highly upvoted, and I'm coming here because I genuinely feel this is an important event. The guy has a massively popular show, and he has defended the free speech of many people including Milo Yiannopoulos. I was banned for criticizing Phil and the mods have been radio silent.

I'm not posting it here to stir up the drama, I'm trying to get people to see it since I don't have the ability to post on /r/DeFranco. I legit had to edit a comment to get a few to see what was happening, and the majority of those who have seen what happened are against it.

What do you think r/drama is going to do about this?

imagine caring this much about a youtube personality

Seriously.
