It honestly looks like things turned out great for the turtles. Nothing really changed and they got a meal out of it. It's a bad place to be because they killed a duck and are eating it?
It would make sense if it were other turtles they killed, and that those turtles had also been living there for a while (instead of just merely showing up one day). But then all you did was make a comic about Nazi Germany, and just made the people turtles. Not very interesting.
This comic is actually more lacking in a punchline or point than like any comic I've ever seen, like I'm serious try to find me a webcomic that fails the format this spectacularly, you can't.
Yeah I'd say some of the family circuses are one of the only things I can think of on this level of inanity but a lot of them are also more coherent than this. I mean he botched the metaphor so badly I can't even believe it, first he could show the duck and turtle cooperating to show what they lost from facism or have other animals destroy the hyper violent facist turtle society but it's just like, I don't even know what to say about how bad this comic is.
I mean yes the turtles are fine but it's not about the turtles it's about the duck.
