I don't disagree 19 with 15 is wrong. I was in a relationship with a 22 yo as a 15, and in retrospect it was quite negative. How about a 20 with a 29? Out of curiosity. Same age gap, but older.

I think it still slightly weird, but acceptable. 15 just seems so young and 19 seems so old, I just find it wrong.

In retrospect it was a really bad situation for me. Granted my gap was more than 4 years. I'm not sure where i fall with the 20 and 29 though. It is a big enough gap that I feel odd pursuing that relationship unfortunately.

my parents are 9 years apart, doesn't seem weird at all, now imagine a 9 year old going out with an 18 year old. It's kind of irrelevant to make those comparisons, the general rule is that below 18 is a touchy age for dating across large age gaps because everyone is currently maturing very rapidly
