If by "come out" you mean there is a playable tech demo that's riddled with bugs that you can pour literal tens of thousands of real dollars into, that has already happened. Don't feel bad for not knowing about it, I've never seen a more confusing combination of business model and marketing strategy at work than with this game and studio.
