So I recently went to a family reunion in MI, and I met some relatives I've never seen before. Overall it was very fun, the thing that pissed me off was the fact that one of my cousins accused me of flirting with her brother( the comment was quite rich since she boasted about making out with 16 year olds and getting drunk at parties when herself being 12). I tried to reason with her that I was just trying to get to know my family that I've never met, who wouldn't be interested in the lives of family you've never met? Then she goes on and on about how we're not actually related( I'm half white and half Asian), even though everyone says I look EXACTLY like my dad. Several times I didn't even have to introduce my self as his daughter since people already saw him in me. She goes on and on about that, and at one point ( this really pissed me the fuck off) started to imply that I was adopted by my dad. I just want to know who else has experienced something like this, and how to deal with this type of fuckery. Thanks for listening to my rant.
