I'm American and live in the UAE. That kid would be jailed for dancing like that here, and you'd get a thousand lashes and five years in jail for encouraging it.
Of course it is, but my point is that I am well traveled, and not everywhere has the same views as you. Telling someone to exposed themselves to different cultures isn't the same as saying 'if you've been around everyone agrees with my views.'
