u/waffle-man-x is u/unwordableweirdness new account! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Strange, where are the other vegan """""activists"""""?

Hey u/nemo1889, why you no sperging like u/waffle-man-x?

I'll need to give him a complimentary RES tag.

Seriously fuck vegans for being less selfish than I am and reminding of me that fact at every moment by merely existing

Agreed, vegans are the worst.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! Love it! Activism bro!!!!

lol impotent vegan passive-agressive rage

Sorry for getting technical but the metaphor doesn't work because it's the meattards who develop erectile dysfunction. Who knew the same science behind heart failure also explains constricting of blood vessels to the penis?

lol imagine being this booty-blasted.

but then again, b12 deficiency does cause people to get easily irritated.

Sorry to get technical again but b12 deficiency is prevalent among meattards perhaps even more so than vegans because of their arrogant inability to realise what it is and how it comes from modern living practices rather than diet. Sorry in general you can't seem to catch a break with anything so far in this comment chain

When you became vegan is it because a vegan told you that you were a "meattard" and that you deserved to die of cancer?

TMW you have to stretch yourself into a pretzel to avoid facing the fact that the majority of vegans are likely to be skinny anemic nu-males.

It's ok tho, if you pop a few pills you might manage to get your quality of health on the same level of a 50+yo. Truly a thriving and enviable existance.

Btw, how does it feel to be a member of a cult so shitty that 7 out of 10 of its members jump ship within a year? Your 'movement is failing faster than your fragile health 😂😂

Lol all of the links provided put the rate at the same levels as the one in the survey data that I linked (which btw had thousands more subjects studied). I do appreciate the effort to try and support what you're writing with data though, even if you're a meattard you have shown that you're capable of doing more than throwing shit onto the wall and seeing what sticks

Oh my, it's getting desperate. Did you read the links I posted? Hell, did you even read your own link? Or did you just copypaste it from the shittty, cherrypicked list of "sources" you favourite vegan blog has?

At no point does your speculative, outdated little study state the specific differences in the percentages of B12 deficiency between vegans and non-vegans, like my links do.

You like the USDA? Here's a much more recent study using the USDA, as one of its many sources. It states that B12 deficiency has been long known as a vegan problem and while it occurs among non-vegans (your original retarded argument), it happens mostly due to 1)low intakes of animal-source foods, 2)gastric atrophy in the elderly.

Does it sting to feel that you're on the same risk category as poor third-worlders who can't afford to eat animal protein & sick, old farts with dried-up bowels?

I must admit tho, I do enjoy humiliating you over your pathetic little attempts to defend your cult-y dogma.

I'm not sure what more I can say for you to realise that b12 intake is a general issue other than the fact that in a population taken where vegans are close to non existent that 40% appear to be deficient. This corresponds to ratios in specifically vegan surveys. You also seem to have no cognisance of the fact that b12 is bacteria which we are no longer getting from left over dirt which humans now wash away from fruits and vegetables. Tldr you are a meattard and you deserve to die of cancer

Meat eaters would all be b12 deficient too if livestock animals weren't artificially supplemented with it. Meat doesn't naturally have b12 in it; farmers add it to the animals' food.

It is not superior to supplement one's diet with b12 via an intermediary route of an animal's body than it is to supplement one's diet by taking a b12 vitamin.
