Point taken. You'd be surprised how easily subtly goes over people's heads though. Every time I've seen more subtle satire, some moron takes it at face value and rails against it.
I posted this a few days ago to some gaming humor subreddits and they actually believed that the article was ranting against Millennials, rather than satirizing Boomers.
So, yeah, like I said, really depends on the audience. A lot of these articles tend to fall under the didactic side for the sake of humor, and because, let's face it, the average person needs things spelled out for them.
The only people I know who use Sarahah are chicks who post screenshots on Snapchat and Twitter of thirsty guys telling them how in love with them they are.
Yeah, it does seem to disproportinately appeal to the attention seeking. I have met a few people who genuinely seem to think that the feedback on that site could be constructive somehow, and it's just like "......Are you new to the internet?"
