/u/quickonthedrawl you know what I'm doing, I'm paying taxes which disproportionately goes to basketball americans. I also have no problem with the police arresting people for committing crimes. What are basketball Americans doing about the incredible amount of children who grow up without fathers, not taking education remotely seriously, and rampant crime that takes place in these communities. We immigrated here and didn't speak the language and I was unfortunate enough to live in one these neighborhoods. Thankfully I had TWO parents who worked their was off to give us a better life. But it's easier to blame mayos for the degeneracy in the chocolate community

The black community likes to act like anyone white is some sort of tyrant. They love to whine and moan about racism, slavery, white privilege.
The very idea that white folks should have to even consider apologizing for a previous generation or the idea I should make reparations for a long dead family member is absurd.
Violence isn't a race trait, it's a human trait. Every generation, every race and religion, at one point or another is going to have some sort of violent past.
And that's ignoring that before slavery in the Americas, slavery was already a thing, by their own population, in Africa.

I think they'd have a point if every other minority group didn't flourish in america including people from africa. It's easier to blame white people then really examine the problems in their own community. Liberals these days aren't big on personal accountability and responsibility for ones actions so they just reinforce this narrative that really doesn't exist anymore
