I eat fresh steaks with a nice homemade marinade, dry aged funky steak, steak salads, and sometimes I've been known to make some steak-tip quesadillas and burritos. Calling chopped meat covered in gravy a "steak" is a bold-faced lie and must stop for the benefit of mankind. I'm dead serious when I tell you, we have to draw this line. This is not okay.
