Since I'm half Mexican I know for a fact Mexicans are either the hardest working people you've ever met or the laziest fucking people you're met. Like has their girlfriends put on their socks for them lazy.
My grandmother's neighbors are all from Honduras and they have at least 10 people in a pretty tiny house. Also multiple washers and dryers on their deck and trash in their back yard.
I am not white so I do not have my racial purity papers at hand. I guess CULT 45 has the chambers ready for all non-whites whether they are US Citizens or not.
It's like some of the Chinese restaurants I know only wants to hire Chinese (and not the ones born here) because they don't complain when they get overtime, while White employee will get really pissy if you tell them to stay.
Since when failure of communication and potential exploitation is acceptable in a workplace?

That may be true in the past, now they are really short on staff because Mexicans are going off to better-paying jobs, or they got deported.
Win-win in my book. Mexicans got paid better, and those shitty Chinese restaurants close shop so the better ones can flourish. For too long they are slashing price to compete for customers.
