I lived a large portion of my adult life near UofP, on purpose. It is literally one of our city's nicest neighborhoods, and these days its out of my price range. Let's see here:
Last year, there was a shooting over by the 52nd street station.
Well, yeah. That's the hard ghetto. Its also like 20 block away from UPenn, so you may as well be bitching about a shooting in Baltimore while you're at it.
Actually, the rest of it is some guy bitching because his books are too heavy. Whatevs.
