Yeah i agree. Harrison Ford shouldnt have even been on it imo. Same with Leto, i thought their storylines could have been cut to make a more tight film. Weak 3rd arc but the final fight was great and I like the ending. I still feel like the movie expanded too much towards the end and it needed to be somewhat shorter. Still beautifully shoot film and tackles some very interesting ideas, I'm still thinking about it. Definitely in my top 10 of the year.

The visuals were just incredible. I could really feel the mood of it. And I appreciate that their technology was kinda buggy. Made it seem more realistic for being just 30ish years in the future. I think some scenes just went on slightly too long and if they were shortened the whole move probably could have been about 15 minutes or so shorter.

I would understand if it was intended to be offensive (for example, someone wearing the clothing of Natives and going "ooga booga" trying to make fun of them, or even something indirect like a hunter showing a huge pile of prey and going "looks like the Natives are going to have a hard time finding their spirit animals"), but this was clearly not ill-intentioned, just like when someone says to another person "you're my spirit animal!" It was just borrowing the term for some harmless humor, it's not inciting hate or anything.
