That all changed this week. I think. My daughter had my son blocked (they are half-siblings - different moms), but he found her on Instagram and messaged her. She took screen shots of the messages as you can see here and here. As you can see, he's soliciting sex for drugs. And I suppose admitted to the previous behavior.
My ex-wife is raging at both of us now. It's my daughter's fault because she didn't block my son well enough and especially my fault for even telling my daughter I had a son in a previous marriage. In other words, had I hidden my son from my daughter indefinitely, this would never have happened.
Are these texts an admission of guilt for something that happened 3 years ago (when she was only 15)? What would I even do? Walk into a police station and get a uniformed officer to listen to my story?
I honestly am paralyzed by the trauma of this while my daughter is upset this even happened and now has to listen to my ex-wife berate her. My daughter is going to college in another city as I have moved away for a new job and is stuck living with her mom and boyfriend.
I wanted to post this on /r/relationship_advice too, but I wasn't sure I could make the post fit the rules for posting there. I have a legal problem and major family problem to deal with.
Any supportive feedback would really be appreciated. Thank you for reading.

Original post: I feel like I am ready to throw up. To make matters worse, I doubt there is anything I can do about it. But I wanted to check to see if I have any options other than all things we're not allowed to say or do . I have a son who is 32 from my first wife. We got divorced when he was 13 and she used him as a tool continually for punishment until I couldn't allow it anymore. As background, when her mom got divorced, she was forbidden to have contact with her dad. When her sister got divorced, her kids were not allowed to have contact with their dad. It's a way of life with them - punishing the dads through the kids. Several years ago, I told my daughter (from my second wife, who I divorced 6 years ago) about her step half brother. She wanted to reach out to him and I was ok with it. I thought they were just text buddies - I never even knew they met. About 2-3 years ago (i just found this out tonight), my son (then 29-30 years old) made his living dealing drugs. He got in financial trouble. He talked my then 14-15 year old daughter to go to some friend's house to have sex with them for the drugs. She did this 3 or 4 times. There are no texts or emails to support this. In fact, there is no evidence as far as I know (or my daughter knows). Given her age at the time, do I have any legal recourse? I'm assuming there is none, but I'm hoping the good people of reddit with some qualifications in this matter could shed a little light on it. I'd hate to sweep it under the rug so-to-speak, but that's probably the only option. I only found out because my daughter confided this to a friend in school who is threatening to tell everyone. So she told me and her mom first so that we didn't find out from someone else. Although normally skeptical, I do believe she is telling the truth - as much as I don't want to believe it.
