The article, if genuine, is by a woman who used to model when she was young, and briefly was briefly the roommate of Gal Gadot.
While Gal was away, a friend of Gals - who was in a relationship, and whose partner was not present - drugged her and raped her, fairly brutally.
Upon finding out, Gal blamed her and tried to force a confession and apology from her severely distraught roommate.
The article goes on to talk about leaving modeling and getting a degree in gender studies, and how seeing Gal on a magazine was a big trigger, etc.
The Gender Studies part is a bit of a red flag for me, and it could well be that she is filtering her past through the lens of modern feminist theory, wherein bumping into each other on the subway is rape.
It could also be a complete fabrication. Who knows.
So, if any of this is true, when gal was a child, she did not want to accept the fact that her friend raped her roommate. I wouldn't wasn't to believe it either.
