I live in the south. Literally a rural retard. Hughesnet, my only available service provider, fucks me up the ass with incredibly restrictive bandwidth caps already. Same for many others. People think it’s the literal internet holocaust but this has been happening for a whole fucking decade and nobody’s batted an eye until now
