Honestly, why the fuck would you send someone to rehab for stealing stuff anyway? If they were ready to stop using they would have been at an NA meeting instead of out victimizing decent people.
The thing is they don't want help. They want to get high, and they don't care what they have to do or who they hurt in the process of achieving that goal.
