The first picture is of my in a blue distressed shirt probably from my Instagram. And it was not in that guys profile. Those shirts are not similar in any way other than they are a shade of blue.

I think he might've not actually hanged himself at that point. I'm guessing he looked through /u/WarSanchez's history, found his Instagram (and subsequently the picture), and made it his profile picture.
