Haha. This was great!

Nice. I'm noseberg.

I was betting on pededexter tbh, truly you are our greatest ally.

We are all in this together, my friend. All for one, one for all. Shadilay.

Wow, that's fucked.

They interpreted the rule incorrectly, Twitter isn't going to start banning you for websites you visit. They're going to ban you for affiliating with violent organizations, whether the organizations promote violence on Twitter or off Twitter.

You're right, that is different. I'm wondering if 'organizations that promote violence' is going to use the 'hate speech is violence' definition of violence. Obviously there are actual organizations that promote racism, violence, physical harm, etc. The problem is that it's not uncommon for the left to apply 'hate speech' to any speech they don't like.

Either way, it's not like Twitter isn't banning people for political motives as it us.

Pure bigotry and facism. They better start banning the dictionary too. This is exactly what the first amendment was written for.

CDC's 7 words anyone? Fetus? Lmaooo

Here you go.

spez Twitter will use cookies to monitor sites you visit outside of Twitter and determine if your account will be banned or not.

Nowhere in that article does it say that Twitter will use cookies to monitor sites you visit. Talk about fake news.

Just look at the actual text of the rule:

You may not make specific threats of violence or wish for the serious physical harm, death, or disease of an individual or group of people. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening or promoting terrorism. You also may not affiliate with organizations that — whether by their own statements or activity both on and off the platform — use or promote violence against civilians to further their causes. We will begin enforcing this rule around affiliation with such organizations on December 18, 2017.

Now, let me explain that for you. You won't be able to put "ISIS fighter" in your Twitter bio anymore, because their statements and activities off the platform promote and use violence. By putting "ISIS fighter" in your bio, you would be affiliating yourself with an organization that promotes violence off the platform.

You can still visit ISIS-affiliated websites just fine, if you wish to do so. They won't ban you for Twitter on that, unless you promote it there.

(((Evidence-based))) claims

Lol

It's still a shit rule, and their definition of "violent organizations" is going to somehow exclude major world governments, no matter how many civilians they blow up. It's a fundamentally ultraconservative measure.
