I am not sure which is more cringey, the litany of erroneous assumptions you splayed out or the act of calling upon the student archetype with the intent of derision. Anti-intellectualism, check. src
For all you uneducated goys out there: This is a memento mori picture. It translates from Latin to "Remember you must die". Victorians took these pictures for two reasons. Firstly because photography was so new that this might be the only picture they would have of their loved one. Secondly, because victorians had a preoccupation with death. Due to multiple public health disasters and rapidly growing population causing crowding, infectious disease were rampant and a shit ton of people died. Not from suicide(which has always been and still is a rather sensitive issue to humanity) but of tragic deaths caused by things beyond our control like typhus. A person who was known to have commited suicide would probably not have been photographed because in the victorian era it was very shameful. Even people who died violent deaths were not usually photographed for memento mori because the idea was for the person to look like they were sleeping. Thus, Logan is even more creepy than victorians which is pretty shocking. Let's hope Logan finds his way in front of a train very soon. ^ __ ^
