Got my job threatened as a GM for a Chef driven restaurant by the Chef who owned it when I reported one of his sous chefs for sexually harassing my bartender. They told me if I took it to the company that owned thems HR department I would be terminated and so would my AGM and the Bartender. I walked. A few days later my staff (who knew what happened) waited until the restaurant was full on a Friday night and all walked. 15 people at once. It was a shit show lol. Fuck that guy and fuck his boys club bullshit.

This is why I left culinary school.
