If they were given a regular ban, it says "This account has been suspended". Example
If they deleted their account, it says "This user has deleted their account." Example
If, on the page of a user that existed, it says this:
page not found
the page you requested does not exist
it means that they were "shadowbanned", which means the account still "works" on their end (meaning, they're still able to submit comments and posts), but those posts only show up for themselves. No one else is able to see their posts.
