Shaking hands is allowed. Kissing on the cheek between a man a woman who are not 'family' is not. Maybe in Wahabii Saudi Arabia it isn't, but that's religious fundamentalism.

No it's not just in Saudi Arabia, lol. There's a hadith saying that it's better for a man to be stabbed in the head with an iron needle than touch a woman not lawful to him. There's also another hadith saying that the Prophet said he doesn't shake hands with women.
