I don't see the point in tagging any country with that childish insult. If you want to know my opinion about Ghana, I think it's got a lot of issues and there are obviously a couple of very backwards beliefs still around in parts of the country that hold it back, but you say that about almost every country.
Ghana is 139th out of 188 countries on the Human Development Index.
Ghana is 153rd out of 183 in life expectancy at 62.4 years.
Really, it's just a couple of problems. Local issues, mostly. Could say the same about any country, really.
