If someone stays in country for 30 years without making even the slightest attempt at addressing their immigration status then we truly are not importing their best and brightest.
You'd think over the course of 30 years you might familiarize yourself with the laws of the country you're squatting in and take steps to either rectify or plan for the inevitable.
He was married to a USA citizen and he could have applied for legal residency but he would have had to leave the country for several weeks in order to do an immigration interview. Dude was just lazy or didn't care enough to get legal.
That still dosent deflect the fact he had decades to get a life plan together, go back to Mexico, and come back legally. The fact that his family could move to Mexico is very valid, what are they special or something? The progressive Americans can't live among the mud people for love?
If he's Mexican then his children are Mexican as well regardless of where they were born so the only one that would be inconvenienced with immigrating to Mexico would be the wife and that's only if she doesn't have dual nationality all ready.
Don't even bother trying to argue with people like this. They're literally not intelligent enough to comprehend subjects like this in any way other than their black and white worldview.
The only reason they pretend to care about illegal immigration is because they've fallen for the "barbarians are at the gate" mentality hook line and sinker.
They're just racist, sad, economically illiterate tards.
I'm perfectly reasonable. I have this view of these people because I grew up around these people.
My entire family is made up of these people.
Hint: any time you see one of them claiming they care about immigration due to economic reasons? It's a facade. Not only because the academic research says they're wrong, but because in private they'll openly admit why they're so concerned with immigration. Because every single one of them fully subscribes to the myth of "white genocide" and they're deeply racist people.
There's a reason they throw tantrums over NFL protests.
There's a reason they constantly harp on the "inner cities."
There's a reason they constantly post memes about "absent black fathers."
There's a reason they constantly claim liberals are the "REAL" racists.
There's a reason in multiple southern states celebrate MLK day alongside "Robert E. Lee day."
I'm sick of people pussy footing around the truth and blaming "economic anxiety" or whatever else.
Let's be honest boys, if he went back to Mexico to wait out the 20 years of becoming a citizen, the cartel probably would've shot him for fun after day 3.
That is, if the Mexican cops didn't get to him first.
From the outside, you can't see any removed comments so there's no way for you to properly judge that. That's also why I can't link you to any comments because we don't just leave the racist ones up. We delete them. On top of that I don't want to start a witch hunt by linking to specific users racist comment.
But as a rule of thumb comments like these are ok, not racists and wouldn't be removed:
Illegals are illegal and thus should be deported.
Trump is awesome.
He should have cleared his immigration status beforehand
But other comments that clearly cross the line like these are not ok, will get removed and will probably get you banned:

BUT MLK DAY!
1 UmmahSultan 2018-01-16
Supposedly the problem is that if you're an illegal immigrant then there is no path to citizenship or any other legal status.

There is a path, return to the shithole you came from and apply legally.
1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
He could have applied here but he would have had to go back to the shit hole he came from before re-entering.

On MLK Day, the United States stands together to deport some motherfuckers who aren't black or American.

Hot Take: no one is stopping this guy's family from immigrating to Mexico or stopping the Mexican government from caring for their citizens
1 TehAlpacalypse 2018-01-16
That still doesn’t deflect from the fact the guy has been here his entire life

“No” -every law ever
1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
Mexico, just like the USA grants citizenship to the children of it's citizens.
1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
Except the the first part.

Yes, I do think people who committed a crime are more likely to commit crime. You nailed it, u/BAHFUCK.
1 Thulean-Dragon 2018-01-16
Two years ago I would've said that's a joke account or a t_D-er trying to make liberals look stupid.
Now, I'm not so sure.
1 AnnoysTheSoyboys 2018-01-16
u/tooshiftyforyou what does this have to do with the civil rights of American citizens?
Or more specifically, what's the relevance to MLK?
1 MrAlphonzo 2018-01-16

1 r_juicyasians 2018-01-16
oh it's literally this meme again
1 NotYetRegistered 2018-01-16
Nice meme. Fuck morals, reeeee, get those fucking wetbacks out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 caffienatedjedi 2018-01-16
Deport yourself.
1 Therekrerf 2018-01-16
You need to go back.
1 shootyourschoolup 2018-01-16
If you've been in America for 30 years and never bothered registering, yes.
1 NotYetRegistered 2018-01-16
Yes, that is proportional. Likewise, I believe that if someone fails to register in his new home town when he moves, that person should be killed.
1 wwyzzerdd 2018-01-16
We wouldn't need laws if we didn't have to deal with stupid fucks like you.
1 holy_black_on_a_popo 2018-01-16
Pretty much
1 NotYetRegistered 2018-01-16
Laws =/= morals.
1 holy_black_on_a_popo 2018-01-16
Lol
1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
Never mind the fact that MLK was against illegal immigration because it disproportionately harmed black people.
1 Burnnoticelover 2018-01-16
“That’s not true! MLK only said EXACTLY what I believe”
-everybody
1 shootyourschoolup 2018-01-16
You don't get to stay just cuz you're REALLY good at hide and seek.
1 PM_YOUR_TAN_TITS 2018-01-16
That thread is full of so much smug back patting on both sides.
“I CANT BELIEVE THEY’VE DONE THIS ON MLK DAY”
“Oh undocumented immigrants? ACTCHULLY ITS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!”
1 niggerpenis 2018-01-16
wew lad that thread is a radioactive wasteland

Good riddance don't let the door hit your illegal ass on the way out.
/u/pizzashill hopefully is next
1 IvankaTrumpIsMyWaifu 2018-01-16
LOL pointing out facts is "racist drivel" to the mods of /r/pics now.
1 relaxlu 2018-01-16
Funny how you think that I meant those facts when I said racists drivel.
1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
Can you provide an example?
1 relaxlu 2018-01-16
I answered here:

1 OdinSQL 2018-01-16
So basically nothing was actually racist but you didn't like the fact that people weren't 100% supportive of illegal immigration.
1 IvankaTrumpIsMyWaifu 2018-01-16
So, if that's the most egregious example you have...
TL;DR Not racist in the slightest
1 relaxlu 2018-01-16
If you don't think that that's racist then you're a flaming racist.
1 IvankaTrumpIsMyWaifu 2018-01-16
That's not racisim you inbred faggot, that's a fact.
1 relaxlu 2018-01-16
I didn't say it was. Maybe work on your reading comprehension.
1 Tarrock 2018-01-16
