Are you genuinely mentally challenged? Please use whatever little brain cells you have left after your glue huffing addiction to think a little bit before posting something as stupid as this again. Thanks and have a nice evening. src

This is my first post to r/drama because I normally prefer to let other people do the work for me.

Looks like you’re contributing to the greatest evil.

That's my motto.

fag

There's like 10 posts a week on that sub about how automation will put nearly everyone out of work and we need UBI and redistribute the wealth, it's like the same conversation word for word every time, don't they ever get bored?

I dunno seems like it’s an actual problem tbh

Nigga ain't no robot working the car wash ever cuz robots hate water.

Hahahahahahahaha How The Fuck Is Automation Real Hahahaha Nigga Just Walk Away From The Factory Like Nigga Close Your Eyes Hahaha

Luddites have been saying that for over 200 years, and today we have an unemployment rate of about 4%.

It would still be smart to prepare for problems that crop up in the future, but that's not what futurists are doing. They refuse to come up with a UBI scheme that both works mathematically and doesn't condemn every sick person to death. They aren't interested in marketing their ideas to normal people, so as to gain traction in the real world. All they're doing is spouting buzzwords like 'neo-feudalism' at each other.

So the NEETS were right all along?

Of all words something tongue and pen

I spent from age 18-23 living poor in my middle class city and from 23-30 traveling the United States. Yes, work sucks, but the idea that we should in 2017+1 implement a UBI because in the future there may be large scale automation (totes in 5 years 50% unemployment rate guise!) is retarded.

These futurologists have never in their life met any decent amount of homeless or unemployed people. They've never themselves been without work or school for any period longer than a summer back when they were teenagers.

UBI is a path to depression, idleness, violent crime, homelessness, and drug abuse and the misap plication of party parrots

One selling point of UBI is that other forms of welfare create a disincentive to work. Recipients can often be in a situation where their total income is worse if they get a job.
