Aren't you guys totally ok with letting someone in an ER die from a treatable illness if they weren't smart enough to get insurance anyway?
I mean does anyone actually think libertarians want equal rights? It's been pretty well established that they really just want child prostitutes and privately owned roads.

Not possible, the fetus was put there by the mom.
When evicting someone you dont murder them. You are required to give them the necessary time to leave.
I personally am yes, but letting someone die because they cant or wont pay for treatment is different than murdering them.
