If you read the thread they literally mock taking action and are just about declaring themselves better than everyone. Taking action is actually a mark against you.
Leftcoms are my favorite brand of communists, the amount of drama they generate with respect to their small size is admirable. Definitely something that we can learn from them here at /r/drama
I'm not a leftcom, but imo r/marxism_101 was a good resource for learning about Marx's work without unwarranted influence from later theorists. I hope it comes back :(
