u/harrellj he's either a walking fedora or a diddler, but LBQH after reviewing his post history, I think it's the later.

Wtf OP he didn't abuse his daughter...

Sure grandparents take kids from good parents all the time! Lol no they dont

Did you even read OP story?

He has been a great father! The grandparents on the wife's side were in the wrong. They basically kidnapped his daughter. The mother and father have never been married but they do have equal joint custody. so when the mother went into the coma, the kid should have gone to the father. But the grandparents got ro thw hospital before him, and they took her, and refused to let him see is own fucking kid. Actions of the grandparent were unflawful amd petty, the mother has no issue with the father, they are actually friends. The only reason she didnt go with him immediately was because of how fucked up US law is. They were not married so he couldnt claim his child, and the asshole grandparents kidnapped his kid.

You should delete this post and be ashamed for slandering a good father name. This not the time nor place to make up lies about someone because you couldn't be bothered to read the god damn post.

Right, people never make themselves look good on /r/legaladvice

You have trouble admitting you are wrong. Do you assume that every father is kiddie diddler? Or just fathers who want to get their kidnapped daughters back?

"""kidnapped"""

You cant admit when you are wrong can you?

Show me once where i was ever wrong.
